A. Yes unlike some types of LVT SPC is made using virgin pvc so it’s fully recyclable and sustainable.
Q. Are Bamboo Family SPC floors resistant to moisture and water?
A. Yes 100% waterproof.
Q. Can I install Bamboo Family SPC floors myself?
A. Yes it’s very easy for DIY installation (see installation guides)
Q. Can Bamboo Family SPC floors be installed over existing floors?
A. Yes Bamboo Family SPC can be fitted over tiled, concrete floors and some wood floors.
Q. Can I have Bamboo Family SPC on my stairs?
A. Yes Bamboo Family SPC can be fitted on stairs using step profiles etc.
Q. Can I use office chairs on my Bamboo Family SPC floor?
A. Yes but take care, use mats, soft wheels etc.
Q. How can I keep my Bamboo Family SPC floor looking new for many years?
A. You take care of the floor and clean with a soft damp mop with a reputable floor cleaner. Do not steam clean and avoid puddles. Do not use brush rotating vacuum cleaner, use the non rotating type.
Q. Can I place heavy objects on my Bamboo Family SPC floor?
A. Yes but ensure wheels and legs do not have sharp edges and use soft wheels.

Q. On what types of existing flooring can I install Bamboo Family SPC on?
A. Tiles, concrete and some woods with sound structure.
Q. Can I install Bamboo Family SPC in the bathroom?
A. Yes 100% waterproof, as with all floors use mats to avoid puddles.
Q. Is Bamboo Family SPC suitable for installation in my kitchen?
A. Yes easy clean and 100% waterproof.
Q. How can I best maintain my Bamboo Family SPC floor?
A. Sweep with a soft brush and clean with a damp mop. Use a good quality liquid floor cleaner with mop. Never use a rotating brush vacuum cleaner use a non rotating brush vacuum cleaner. Never use a steam cleaner. As with all floors avoid puddles and use bath mats where appropriate.

A. Yes 100% pet friendly, high heel safe no dents.
Q. Can I clean my Bamboo Family SPC floor with a steam cleaner?
A. No never use a steam cleaner simply use damp mop with floor cleaner.
Q. Can you have BFCore®️SPC in conservatories?
A. Yes, BFCore®️SPC is ideal for use in conservatories, as its limestone rigid core prevents any unwanted warping making it a perfectly suitable choice for rooms that are exposed to plenty of sunlight i.e. conservatories and sun rooms. It can also withstand surface temperatures of up to 60°C so you won’t have to worry. What’s more, it’s compatible with underfloor heating systems of up to 27°C.
