The flooring itself was easy to fit and looks great.

Hi

I just wanted to say thanks for your excellent customer service. We purchased and fitted the flooring ourselves during The height of the COVID-19 pandemic and you were prompt courteous and helpful. The flooring itself was easy to fit and looks great. We used a laying pattern we found on line and it looks natural and professional. You do have to be careful with the “hook” ends as they can snap off but with thought these can be reused at the ends of runs and we had very little waste. The noise cancelling was absolutely noticeable we have a large domestic space with no furniture and it no longer feels like an echo chamber!! Being stone polymer it was tough on the chop saw blades (so buy a few) but it cuts cleanly with no chipping even with complex cuts. It has only been down for a month so I Can’t say how well it wears yet but I don’t have a single scratch yet and it cleans well with both a regular and steam mop.

All in all I feel it was an excellent purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone.
