Q. Where is Bamboo Family® bamboo flooring made?
A. Bamboo Family® bamboo flooring is made in our own factory within the Anji County,  Zhejiang Province of southeast China. Most of the world’s bamboo is concentrated in this region and is therefore the most sustainable place to harvest, process and manufacture bamboo products. Anhui has a warm, moist climate which provides ideal conditions for bamboo to thrive, and we source our bamboo from well-managed plantations.

Q. How does bamboo hold up to spills and liquids?
A. While bamboo flooring is naturally resistant to water and other liquids, standing liquid and puddles should be avoided as they should on other wood / oak flooring. 
Never wet mop your floor, and soak up spills as soon as possible using a microfiber towel or dry mop.

Q. Is Bamboo Family® flooring safe for my family?
A. Customer safety has always been Bamboo Family’s #1 priority. We utilise only the highest-quality manufacturing techniques and adhesives to ensure that our flooring is free of harmful chemicals. All our flooring is tested by the leading emissions detection laboratory for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including formaldehyde. Many of our floors are formaldehyde-free, registering concentration levels as “not detectable”Q. How do I install bamboo flooring?

Q. What makes Bamboo Family flooring different from other bamboo floors?

A. Yes, all of our clic fitting bamboo flooring is compatible with under floor heating.
